Changes in the Procedure BG161PO003-2.3.02 "Energy Efficiency and Green Economy" as well as an updated list of Contracts concluded under the procedure
The Operational Programme "Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy" 2007-2013” will present changes in the conditions for applying for grants under the Procedure BG161PO003-2.3.02 “Energy Efficiency and Green Economy". The new aspects will be clarified by experts of the General Directorate "European Funds for Competitiveness" at the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism as well as by a representative of the Project Assistant during information days in the period May 20 to 31 in 7 Bulgarian cities (Vratsa, Veliko Tarnovo, Rousse, Varna, Plovdiv, Bourgas and Sofia), which will be carried out according to the following schedule:
- Vratsa - 05/20/2013;
- Veliko Tarnovo - 05/21/2013;
- Rousse - 05/22/2013;
- Varna - 05/23/2013;
- Plovdiv - 05/28/2013;
- Bourgas - 05/29/2013;
- Sofia – 05/31/2013.
Each of the information days will begin at 9: 30 a.m. and end at 1 p.m. and the participation is free of charge. The changes in the conditions for participation in the Procedure BG161PO003-2.3.02 “Energy Efficiency and Green Economy" are related to the introduction of more favorable conditions for the selection of contractors in accordance with Decree of the Council of Ministers 69/2013 and recognition of investments for auxiliary materials and equipment from the List of materials and equipment.
Moreover, the Managing Authority of Operational Programme "Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy" 2007 - 2013 has also published an updated list of contracts at http://www.opcompetitiveness.bg/news.php?id=732, signed under the Procedure BG161PO003-2.3.02 “Energy Efficiency and Green Economy". At this stage, until 10.05.2013 only six contracts for grants have been signed.
